Our opening is for a Sales Assistant. May act as receptionist and will provide vital support services to the sales and marketing department of a retirement community. This includes typing, word processing, and data entry of contracts, reports, resident data and correspondence with prospective residents. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction. 

Schedule: Full Time

Shift: 8:30- 4pm

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Excellent and professional oral and written communications and presentation skills
• Typing, word processing, telephone etiquette and procedures and use of standard office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and an ability to learn and manage the community lead data base program
